Golden LivingCenter – Pierre

Talli R. has been employed with Golden Living and its predecessors since 1993. She has been Sr. Executive Director of her current LivingCenter for the last four years and was its Executive Director for seven years before that. In addition, she has also been an Executive Director-in-training for one year and has spent five years as Business Office Manager for two different LivingCenters. In her current position, she manages the overall function of the healthcare facility.

She enjoys the variety her current position brings and likes having the chance to work with many different people.

“I always have something to do, and it is not the same thing each and every day,” says Talli. “I love the smile you see on residents’ faces when you just take time to sit down and visit with them or are able to do something for them. I also like traveling to sister facilities in the state and seeing how their facilities operate.”

She cites consistency and communication as being the key factors to her LivingCenter’s success. Thanks to these factors, she can easily listen to residents, families and staff and provide excellent care in return.

“I love working for the company,” says Talli. “I am still learning new things and love what I do. I look forward to coming to work every day.”
