Since 2004, Leonard Q. has been an executive director for Golden LivingCenters. He enjoys working with all aspects of facility management, from interacting with residents and working with staff to overseeing operations. He relishes the opportunity to build teams of people that work with the same drive and dedication that he possesses.

“I enjoy working beside the best in the business,” says Leonard, “and I am confident that we have highly capable people driven to provide quality products available in all aspects of our business.”

Leonard’s passion is in connecting with residents, whom he considers his top priority. A self-proclaimed history buff and patriot, he takes particular pride in being able to care for American veterans.

“They fought for our freedom and they deserve the best care we are capable of delivering – always,” says Leonard. “I love the opportunity to visit with them during therapy sessions and chat with them while performing routine rounds to ensure things are progressing up to their expectations. I am particularly fond of the fact that I am in a position to ensure that these patients receive the care and attention they need.”

In 2010, Leonard was promoted to Director of Operations for the nine facilities that comprise District 23.
